Our most common questions
Thinking of booking your welded bracelet, but have a few questions first? You can probably find the answers to those below. If you can't, don't hesitate to contact us! You can also reach out to us on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok with any questions too.
A B51 welded bracelet is a chain made from 14k gold fill or sterling silver that we, measure to fit and then micro weld around your wrist, giving you a bracelet to keep on all the time.
Appointments can be booked here, we strongly recommend booking to avoid disappointment. Although on occasion we can take a walk-in appointment, this is dependent on the day and the number of pre-booked appointments, so we cannot guarantee you will get a slot.

Yes! The minimum age is 10, and anyone under 16 needs to be accompanied by an adult.
Absolutely not, the laser weld takes place on the metal and your wrist is protected to ensure maximum safety.
This is dependent on how busy we are at the location you have visited, but we recommend booking an appointment to avoid disappointment. While we try to do our best to fit walk-in appointments in, please keep in mind there is a possibility we will be unable to fit you in. If in doubt, please contact us first.
Yes, you can remove our bracelets with sharp scissors, however we try to use methods to ensure you can have the bracelet put back on if preferred. (There is a charge of £10 for this.)
While it is rare for our bracelets to break, this can happen occasionally. We are happy to repair a bracelet FOC within a certain period of time (See Ts & Cs) However out with this period there is a £10 charge.
As each bracelet is made to measure, we don’t offer return or refund on them. If there are any issues after leaving the store, please get in touch on with us on hello@b51boutique.co.uk
Yes, we can offer this service, however there is an extra charge, please ask at time of booking.
Yes, there is a £10 deposit per person required to secure your booking. When you come to your appointment, your deposit is taken off the bracelet price. If you fail to turn up for your appointment (without giving at least 48 hours' notice), you will lose your deposit. We cannot refund deposits if you forget about your appointment.
Please check back regularly as we do get cancellations. The system can offer the next available date automatically, so please check your booking confirmation to ensure you are coming on the correct day!
Unfortunately, you will need to get measured on the day of fitting. While we try to keep a good stock of all styles, they are all subject to availability from our manufacturers.
